Outputs

The same product record, in the structure each channel asks for.

2 min read

An output prepares your catalog for a channel with its own structure: the file with your ERP's columns, Amazon's product file or the format a distributor asks you for. You create them in «Configuración» → «Salidas» (Settings → Outputs) and export them as CSV.

What you decide for each output

  • Which columns it has and what each one is called
  • Where each column comes from: copied as is from the product record, or adapted by the AI for that channel
  • Which products go in: all of them, the ones that match a filter (brand, status, category, with an EAN) or a hand-picked list

Your ERP, via CSV

Noobit doesn't connect directly to your ERP: you import what your ERP exports and send it back a file with its columns, prepared as an output.

A change for just one channel

The rule is to edit the master product record: a change there reaches every channel. If a product needs different text in a specific channel, you change it in its «Canales» (Channels) tab without touching the record. That change is marked, and it stays even if the product page is written again.

What it costs

Columns copied from the product record don't use credits. The ones the AI adapts are charged for what it uses, and the result is saved: as long as the record doesn't change, exporting again doesn't charge for them again. Before exporting, you see the estimated cost.
