CSV

Upload catalogs from any supplier. Noobit detects the columns, suggests mappings, flags duplicates, and you can undo an import. It works without a connected store if you run a different stack.

CSV, TSV or TXT in UTF-8, up to 10 MB. Got an Excel file? Save it as “CSV UTF-8” and upload it.

Column detection

Takes your supplier's CSV just as it comes.

No need to rename columns or prepare templates. Noobit recognizes the usual names and their variants.

EAN / GTIN

ean, ean13, barcode, codigo_barras, gtin, ean_code

SKU

sku, ref, referencia, reference, codigo, cod_articulo, articulo

Price

price, precio, pvp, regular_price, precio_venta

Cost

If your CSV includes a sale price or links to manuals, spec sheets or certificates, Noobit recognizes them and saves them with the product.

Brands and categories

Nothing gets duplicated over an accent mark.

Before you import, you review the brands and categories that don't match yours: you link them to ones you already have, or you create them.

Duplicate strategies

Three modes for three cases.

Default

Create and update

The default mode. New products are created and existing ones (by EAN or SKU) are updated with a new version; the history is kept. Content that's already written isn't overwritten unless you choose to.

Corrections

Update existing only

For bulk corrections. If an EAN doesn't exist, it's skipped. Useful when you want to fix data without the risk of creating ghost products.

Protection

Create new only

To keep existing products untouched. New ones come in; duplicates by EAN are skipped and left as they are.

Variations

Automatic and manual detection.

With a parent_sku column

If your CSV already has a parent_sku column, Noobit groups the products automatically, in two passes: first it creates the parents, then it adds the variations.

Without an explicit column

The detector looks at names, SKUs and attributes to suggest groupings. You review and confirm. See Variation detection.

Images with your CSV

Upload photos at the same time.

You can attach images, as separate files or in a .zip, and they're matched to the CSV rows by EAN, SKU or file name. Before you run the import, the preview shows you what matches and what's left orphaned.

Export

Output too, with whatever you choose.

Your full catalog with the fields you choose.

Stock

Just SKU, EAN, name and stock levels.

Prices

SKU, EAN, name, regular price, sale price.

Configurable delimiter (semicolon, comma or tab). UTF-8 encoding.
