Three plans. Your catalog, automated.

A credit is the unit Noobit uses to measure AI usage. As a baseline, 1 credit ≈ €0.01 — the exact price per credit depends on how you buy it (large packs work out cheaper per credit). Each action (writing a product page, processing an image, researching) uses credits based on the AI it actually consumes. Before you run it, you see roughly how many credits it will cost, and you're charged for what it used. No surprises.

Yes: every price on this page is shown with VAT included. For now, we only work with businesses in Spain.

It depends on how many images you process per product and whether you run web research. A full product (its product page and 3 images) is ≈ 125 credits; each image, ≈ 40; a product page without images (writing it and building its Product Knowledge), ≈ 4 on the Economy AI level (≈ 20 on Pro). With the Store plan's 5,000 credits: ≈ 40 full products or ≈ 1,250 text-only product pages. Web research is counted separately (≈ 50 per product). Mix and match as you need: unused credits roll over to the next month.

They roll over to the next month. Your plan's credits come in every month; whatever you don't use is still there the following month, and then it expires. Whatever expires soonest is always used first. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase, and on an annual plan the year's credits arrive all at once and are valid for the whole year.

The number of credits each action costs is based on what we pay our AI providers (OpenAI, Google, NPAW and others). If those prices go down, the credit cost of each action goes down proportionally; if they go up, it goes up too. We let you know about any adjustment by email in advance, and it only applies to usage from the date of the change.

You see it in «Mi plan» (My plan), where the bar turns amber at 80%. If you run out, new tasks don't start (we don't spend AI without a balance): ask for a credit pack or upgrade your plan, then relaunch them. We never bill you by surprise.

Yes. Email us at [email protected] and we'll change it; if you downgrade, the change takes effect in the next billing cycle. For now, plan changes are made by us, not from the dashboard.

Store includes 1, Brand includes 3 and Operations starts at 5 (configurable). If you need more on Brand or Operations, each additional user is €19/month. No tricks: read-only users (Viewer) don't count.

Store includes 2 GB and Brand 20 GB (original images and data). You can see it in your usage dashboard; if you run short, you upgrade your plan. Operations includes 100 GB; Enterprise is custom.

WooCommerce today. Shopify and PrestaShop are on the way, in that order. If you use a different stack, you work with CSV files in and out, or with a custom output (CSV, Amazon flat file…). Same for your ERP: via CSV. And if you need a direct connection to your system, we build a custom integration, quoted separately.

Encrypted connections; your files and your store credentials are also encrypted at rest. Servers in Europe (Germany) and GDPR by default. AI is processed by external providers under standard contractual clauses: on the Economy level, writing runs on models hosted in Europe (NPAW); everything else, on OpenAI and Google. We list them on the Security page. Custom SLA on Enterprise.
