What changed, and when.

We post the most important changes to the product here. We leave out minor changes and day-to-day fixes, and keep only what's worth knowing.

AI level, synced sale prices and the manufacturer's product page

  • AI level: in «Preferencias» (Preferences) you choose Economy or Pro, depending on how much you want to spend per product page.
  • Sale prices with WooCommerce: the product record keeps the current price and, when there's a sale, the was price, and syncs them with your store. It also reads and sends WooCommerce's native GTIN/EAN.
  • The manufacturer's product page first: research jumps to the manufacturer's page, reads it separately and checks that every fact comes from it. What it learns builds up from one research run to the next, and you can paste in the product page yourself.
  • Clearer Product Knowledge: when two sources disagree, you see it and choose; you can mark a fact as «no aplica» (not applicable); and every pinned fact shows where it comes from.
  • Safer imports: you can undo an import to retry it without touching your store, CSVs with accented characters no longer get corrupted, and every photo you upload, in a .zip or on its own, reaches its product.
  • Images at a glance: supplier photos download in parallel, the ones a supplier blocks are flagged, and the queue shows progress as «38 de 142» (38 of 142).
  • Categories while writing: with the Noobit Engine, if a product comes in without a category, the best fit is picked from your tree, without making one up.
  • Your tasks keep moving even when another account launches a huge batch, and on mobile, screens no longer spill over the edges.

Noobit Engine, regulations by product type and real sources

  • Noobit Engine: a new engine writes the product page from Product Knowledge and reviews what it writes. We turn it on with you when you get started.
  • Regulations by product type: depending on the type (cosmetics, food, electrical appliances, textiles…), Noobit knows which details are mandatory and flags the ones that are missing. We turn it on with you when you get started.
  • Research with real sources: every fact links to the page it comes from, you can block sources (starting with your own store), photos are taken from the actual pages, and you see on screen what it's doing. You turn it on in «Preferencias» (Preferences).
  • Written content stays put: re-importing a CSV doesn't overwrite written content unless you check «Sobrescribir contenido redactado» (Overwrite written content).
  • Categories from the product record: you choose the category in the product record, with a suggestion, and products without a category appear together, with proposed categories.
  • Tidier tags: they are grouped into a vocabulary, and a tag is only published when it actually groups several products.
  • The scanner on your phone: it works from your phone's browser and also reads the label from a photo in your gallery.

Your category tree, Tools and changes made in the store

  • Your category tree: your categories, in a tree of your own that's mapped to each store. In the category console the AI proposes and you confirm; when publishing, anything that doesn't fit is flagged for review instead of being guessed.
  • Tools: bulk operations (process images, build Product Knowledge, write the missing product pages or publish), filtered by brand or category, with the cost shown before you launch them and live progress.
  • Changes made in the store: if someone edits text directly in the store, Noobit lets you know and you decide whether to bring it into your product record. An inbox gathers the conflicts.
  • Several stores in one account, on request: you connect several WooCommerce stores and choose which products go to each one.
  • Product files: you upload manuals, spec sheets or certificates, link them to their products, and what they say feeds Product Knowledge.
  • What you pin takes priority: the facts you pin by hand in Product Knowledge are the basis for the writing.
  • «Mi plan» (My plan): your plan, your credits and your invoices, inside the app; credit packs are requested from there. Your billing details, in «Configuración → Facturación» (Settings → Billing).
  • Orders without personal data: you can turn on an option so we don't store your buyers' names or emails, only a pseudonym.
  • Continuous backups: the database is backed up continuously, on top of the full daily backup.

Outputs by channel, Product Knowledge and new image processing

  • Outputs: the same product content on every channel. Templates with the columns each destination asks for (your ERP, a marketplace or a custom CSV), copied from the product record or rewritten by the AI, with the cost shown before you export.
  • You choose which products go to each channel, and you can correct a field in that channel only. Large exports run in the background.
  • Product Knowledge: each product brings together, in one tab, what is known about it, with the source of each fact, and you can correct it by hand.
  • New image processing: you choose the format, background and shadow, and whether to keep the original aspect ratio. It improves pixelated photos without inventing text.
  • Brand voice with examples: you add product pages you like and the AI uses them as a reference, with starter voices and a real preview.
  • Importing without an EAN: each product is identified by EAN or SKU, and EANs that Excel turns into scientific notation are recovered when they keep all their digits (if Excel cut them short, they are rejected instead of being saved wrong). If the supplier blocks its photos, we let you know and you can upload them in a .zip.
  • New plans: Store, Brand, Operations and Enterprise. And the app gets a new design and dark mode.

  • First version of noobit.ai: home page, pricing, documentation and solution pages.
  • Credit model: each plan includes its monthly credits, and each action uses credits according to what it processes.
  • Credit packs to top up, with volume discounts.

  • Filters, search and pagination are saved in the URL.
  • When you come back from a product record, the list is restored to where it was.
  • The back arrow on a product record takes you to the list you came from.

  • A new option for duplicates: it updates the EANs that already exist and skips the new ones.
  • Useful for fixing data in bulk without the risk of creating phantom products.
  • You choose it in the import preview.

Variable products: improved manual grouping

  • An option to create a new parent product from the selected variants.
  • Each variant's main photo goes to its variation; the rest go to the parent's gallery.
  • The parent's SKU is inherited from the children's common prefix.
  • When publishing, a variable product without a main photo is held back.

  • The collage uses your photos already stored in Noobit, not the ones on the supplier's website.
  • If one AI provider gets overloaded, the others keep working.

  • You choose which groups to publish: content, SEO, images, taxonomy, prices, stock.
  • Publish only prices during a campaign without touching the rest.
  • Changes are compared grouped by section, so you can review them quickly.
