Variation detection
Noobit detects when what look like separate products are really the same product in a different color, size or format. It groups them into one variable product with a single click.
A catalog with 240 near-identical SKUs is unmanageable.
The supplier sends each variation as a separate item. In your store, that turns into separate product pages that clutter search results and make it harder for customers to choose.
What Noobit does for you.
Automatic detector
After every import, the detector analyzes names, SKUs and attributes to identify groups. It proposes groupings, each with its confidence level.
Confirmation dialog
You review each proposal: which products, which variable attribute (color, shade, size) and what value each one has. You edit if needed.
Three parent strategies
Create a new parent (Noobit generates it), add to an existing variable product, or use one of the selected products as the parent.
Three content strategies
Archive the children and generate a new product page with AI, use the best existing product page as the base, or discard the grouping.
Smart image migration
Each child's main image moves to the matching variation. The rest go to the parent's gallery, deduplicated by hash. No images lost.
Auto-derived parent SKU
If the children share a prefix (BIFULL-BRUSH-001/002/003), the parent inherits BIFULL-BRUSH. If there's no clear pattern, it stays empty (WooCommerce allows it).
Launching a nail polish collection
A nail polish brand uploads a CSV with 40 colors. Before, that meant 40 product pages. Noobit detects that they're variations of the same product (names like "Gloss Nail Polish [Color]") and proposes grouping them. You confirm, choose "generate a new product page", and Noobit creates 1 variable product with 40 variations and a product page generated from the combined data.
