Credits and usage
The unit that measures AI usage in Noobit.
Noobit charges for AI usage: generating content, processing images, scanning products, researching the web. All of these operations use credits. Your subscription gives you a set amount of credits every month; if you need more, you request a pack from «Mi plan» (My plan) or change plans (we handle it with you).
What a credit is
A credit is the unit we use to measure AI usage. Each operation is charged for what the AI actually uses, so these figures are a guide: what each operation costs on average, measured in real use.
The full product is the reference the plans use: it varies with each product's photos and with whether you research it. Before running an operation, you see roughly what it will cost; afterwards, in «Consumo IA» (AI usage), what it did cost.
As a reference, 1 credit ≈ €0.01. The bigger the plan, the less each credit costs: Brand and Operations include many more credits per euro than Store. Packs are for topping up and come with a volume discount.
AI level: Economy or Pro
In «Preferencias» → «Pipeline» (Preferences → Pipeline) you choose which AI writes your product pages and consolidates your Product Knowledge. Economy («Económico» in the app) uses Qwen 3.5, an open model hosted in Europe: it's the lowest cost per product page, meant for large catalogs you review afterwards. Pro writes and consolidates with GPT-5.4 and costs more per product page: writing one comes to ≈ 4 credits on Economy and ≈ 8 on Pro. On the same screen you can see the credits for each level.
The level only applies to writing and Product Knowledge: research, images and the scanner use the model that works best for each task. In «Herramientas» (Tools) you can use a different level for a specific run.
What uses credits and what doesn't
When credits are used
When an operation starts, Noobit reserves the most it could cost; when it finishes, it charges what the AI actually used and releases the rest. What's used is charged even if there's no result: a research run that finds nothing still uses credits. AI calls that fail don't count.
Credits are deducted when the operation runs, not when it's approved: if you run a generation and reject it at approval, it has already been charged (the AI already did the work). That's why you see the estimated cost before running bulk operations.
What each plan includes
Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits:
If you go over what's included, you request a pack of 1,000, 5,000, 25,000 or 100,000 credits from «Mi plan», with a volume discount. Plan credits are valid for their month and the next: unused credits roll over to the next month and then expire. On the annual plan, the whole year's credits arrive at once and are valid all year. Pack credits last 12 months from purchase. Whatever expires first is always used first. In «Mi plan» you can see what expires in the next 30 days.
When your balance runs out
In «Mi plan» you see how much of the cycle you've used: the bar turns amber at 80% and red at 100%. The balance in the header also warns you when it's running low.
If there isn't enough balance for what an operation could cost, Noobit doesn't start it and tells you. You can request a pack from «Mi plan» or wait for the renewal and run it then.
Where to see your usage
In the app, «Mi plan» and «Consumo IA» show you:
- Available credits, the ones reserved for operations in progress and the ones expiring within 30 days
- Products processed in the cycle versus those included in your plan
- Usage by action: today, 7 days, 30 days, this month or this year
- What each of a product's operations cost, in the «Actividad» (Activity) tab of the product record
- Next renewal and invoices
