From supplier photo to catalog photo

Image processing

Ecommerce-standard formatting, watermark removal, AI reconstruction and one-click variation collages. All configurable, all with the originals saved.

Problem

Images arrive in 5 different formats per supplier.

Heavy JPEGs on yellow backgrounds, giant PNGs, unnamed variants, supplier watermarks. Your store expects something uniform.

How it works

What Noobit does for you.

01

Each photo, by its type

It tells a product shot from a lifestyle shot, a detail shot or a color chart, and handles each one the right way: the product on a clean background, the scene left intact.

02

Checks its own work

Each processed photo is compared with the original: if it isn't fit for the catalog or isn't faithful, it's redone; anything doubtful is left for you to review.

03

Adapter

Resizes to a standard size (typically 1200×1200), removes the background and makes it pure white, removes the supplier's watermark and adds yours if applicable.

04

AI reconstructor

Generative editing: removes unwanted elements, fills in backgrounds, improves quality. Your team can add a correction prompt for each image.

05

Collage generator

For variable products: in one click, it combines the images of each variation into a single, professional catalog image that serves as the parent's main image.

06

Originals kept

The supplier's originals are saved before processing. If you decide to reprocess with different settings, it starts from the clean original.

07

Deduplication

Detects identical images by content hash. At product level (within the same product) or across products (the same image reused). Respects scopes (parent vs. variation).

08

Photos the supplier blocks

If a supplier won't let its photos be downloaded, Noobit flags them and lets you know. You retry them whenever you want, or upload them yourself in a .zip along with the CSV.

Example

A distributor's catalog with 1,200 SKUs

The sync brings in 4,800 images of mixed sizes and formats. After going through Noobit, they all come out as 1200×1200 JPEGs on a white background with a consistent watermark. The originals are archived. 180 duplicates detected and removed.
