Everything that's known, with its source

Product Knowledge

Everything that's known about each product, in one place and with its source: what the supplier sent, what's on the web, what's on the packaging, its documents and what your expert says in a voice note. You hide a fact in one click or correct it by hand, and the product page is written from there.

Problem

What you know about a product is scattered everywhere.

The supplier's CSV says one thing, the manufacturer's website another and the packaging a third. What your expert knows isn't written down anywhere. If the AI writes without sorting all of that out first, it mixes things up, repeats itself or fills the gaps its own way.

How it works

What Noobit does for you.

01

All your sources, together

What comes in from the CSV or your store, what research finds, what the scanner reads off the packaging and the documents you upload (manuals, spec sheets) come together in Product Knowledge, product by product.

02

Every fact, with its source

The AI organizes and consolidates it, and every fact keeps track of where it came from. If two sources disagree, you see it and decide which one is right; until then, that fact stays out of the product page.

03

Your expert's voice

Your expert records a voice note from the product record. Noobit transcribes it, and what they say becomes part of Product Knowledge.

04

You have the final say

You correct a fact, hide it or add a new one. What you pin by hand wins: the AI doesn't change it.

05

What regulations require

Depending on the product type (cosmetics, food, electrical appliances, textiles…), Noobit knows which data is mandatory and warns you about what's missing. We turn this assessment on with you when you get started.

06

Writing starts here

The product page is written from Product Knowledge: what you've pinned is respected, and anything verbatim, like the ingredient list, is copied exactly as is.

Example

A professional shampoo

The supplier sends a CSV with the name, EAN and price. Research brings in the active ingredients and directions for use from the manufacturer's website; the scanner, the INCI list from the packaging; and the training lead records a one-minute note on which hair type it suits best. It all goes into Product Knowledge, each fact with its source, and the product page is written from there.
