Cataloging without a keyboard

Mobile scanner

Photograph the packaging with your phone and Noobit pulls out its data: brand, ingredients, nutrition information, barcode. Each product is analyzed in seconds.

Problem

Cataloging physical products takes days.

With the product in your hand, typing every detail from the packaging is slow and error-prone. Especially in cosmetics, with INCI lists of 60 ingredients, or in food, with dense nutrition information.

How it works

What Noobit does for you.

01

Barcode scanner

Reads the barcode (EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC) with your phone's camera and links it to the scan.

02

Extraction for your industry

Photograph the packaging. The AI pulls out the usual data plus what's specific to your industries: INCI in beauty, the nutrition table in food, voltage in electronics.

03

Review before saving

You see what was extracted, with its confidence level, and decide: create the product record, complete one you already have or run the analysis again. From then on, the record follows the same path as every other one.

04

Reprocess with a correction

If the extraction wasn't perfect, it can be reprocessed with a hint ("in this photo, the ingredients are on the back") without photographing it again.

05

History and image reconstruction

Every scan is archived. The AI can rebuild the packaging photo as a clean catalog image on a white background.

Example

Professional beauty brand

A warehouse worker receives 80 new SKUs from a supplier. They photograph each package with their phone, and Noobit pulls out the full INCI list, the allergens, the PAO and the category. The product records are created from there, without typing a single line from the packaging.
