By category mapping, never by guesswork

Your categories, in every store

Your category tree lives in Noobit, and your store — and every output — receives the matching categories through category mapping, never by guesswork. Anything that doesn't match is flagged, and you resolve it in one click.

Problem

Every channel names its categories its own way.

The supplier says "Shampoos", your store "Hair care > Shampoo" and another channel asks for something else. If the category is guessed, a product ends up in the wrong place and nobody notices until a customer can't find it.

How it works

What Noobit does for you.

01

Your tree, in one place

Your business's categories form a tree of your own in Noobit. From the category console, you create, merge or deactivate branches.

02

Category mapping for every destination

Each of your categories is linked to your store's category and to whatever value each output asks for. Exact matches are linked automatically; you confirm the rest in one click.

03

When publishing, it never guesses

If a category has no mapping, it's flagged and skipped: the product is published without it and you're notified, instead of it ending up in the wrong place.

04

Create it in the store

If the category doesn't exist in your store yet, you create it from the same console.

05

The AI suggests, you decide

If you want, the AI suggests mappings for what's missing. They wait for your confirmation: it never activates anything on its own.

06

Products with no category

If a product arrives without a category, when it's written with the Noobit Engine (we turn it on with you when you get started), the best fit is chosen from your tree, without inventing any. If none fits, it stays without one and the console shows it to you.

Example

A new supplier's product families

You import a CSV with the supplier's product families. Before anything comes in, Noobit shows you the ones that aren't in your tree, and you decide: link them to one of yours or create them. When publishing, each product goes to the matching category in your store; if one has no match, it's flagged in the console and you resolve it there.
