Generate content, run the full pipeline (or skip images), publish, build Product Knowledge, group variations, archive, assign a brand or add them to a group (brand, collection, line…). And from «Herramientas»: process pending photos or write what's missing across the whole catalog.
A queue with per-item progress
Each action creates a batch of N tasks. You see how many are done, how many failed, how many are in progress. You cancel, or retry only the failed ones.
Respects autonomy levels
If generation is set to semi-automatic (with approval), the 500 product records end up as pending approvals. Bulk actions don't skip rules — they apply them at scale.
Batch audit log
Every batch is logged: who, when, which action, on which products. Full traceability with no extra effort.
Writing up a legacy catalog
A distributor has 620 products with no written content. From «Herramientas» they run «Redactar contenido faltante» (Write missing content): they test it on a few, see the cost and run it for all of them. The queue shows how far along it is, and the team reviews instead of doing the mechanical work.
