You decide how much the AI automates

Approvals and autonomy levels

You set each pipeline stage to automatic, semi-automatic with approval, manual or locked. The AI never does more than you've authorized.

Problem

Autonomous agents fail silently.

An AI that decides on its own can publish a mistake to your store. One that needs approval for everything turns you into the bottleneck. The middle ground has to be designed.

How it works

What Noobit does for you.

01

Four levels per step

Each step (normalization, content, SEO, images, quality and publishing) has a level: automatic (acts and moves on), with approval (acts and hands it to you for review), manual (doesn't start on its own) or locked.

02

Approval queue

Pending tasks wait in an inbox with the AI's proposal in plain view. You approve, reject or ask for a revision with your notes.

03

Conditional rules (if… then…)

Beyond the levels, rules that fire on their own: "if the quality score comes out low, let me know", "when Product Knowledge is consolidated, write the product page", "when a scan is linked, rebuild the product photo". And whatever comes in from your store never overwrites what you've already written: that's built in.

04

Everything is logged

Pending items wait for you in the «Aprobaciones» (Approvals) inbox, and every decision is logged: who approved what, and when.

Example

An agency with 8 clients and a team of 4

One account per client, set up with you: each with its own store, voice and approvals. Client A, with a well-defined brand voice: generation on automatic. Client B, a new client: generation with approval, and the account manager reviews. Client C, in a regulated industry: publishing always manual. The multi-client console is coming soon.
