Quality control
Every product gets a 0-100 score based on completeness, images, SEO and identifiers. If it doesn't clear the threshold, publishing is blocked or an approval request is created.
0-100 score
It evaluates 20+ signals: name, description, EAN, SKU, price, processed images, SEO, variations, attributes, category, type, brand.
Specific issues
Not just a number: a list of what's missing. "No main image on the parent", "empty long description", "variable product without variations".
Levels: critical / warning / info
Critical blocks publishing. Warning lets it through but warns you. Info is a recommendation with no consequences.
Configurable threshold
For each account, you set the minimum score for auto-approval. Below it, manual approval is required.
