WooCommerce
Full two-way sync via the REST API and webhooks. What's in your store comes into Noobit; what you publish in Noobit goes to your store, with a preview and rollback.
Both directions, nothing lost.
WooCommerce → Noobit
Inbound sync (full, or only what has changed) to bring in your existing catalog.
- Simple and variable products
- Variations with all their attributes
- Categories, brands, tags
- Images (we keep a copy of the original)
- Stock, prices including sale prices, SKUs, EANs
- Custom meta fields
- Orders (optional)
Noobit → WooCommerce
Selective publishing, with a diff up front and rollback.
- Simple and variable products
- Variations sent together with their photos
- Categories mapped to your own category tree: anything that doesn't match is flagged, never guessed
- Brands linked to the ones in your store; when in doubt, it asks you
- New categories created in your store once you confirm
- Sale prices done right: the current price and the was price
- The EAN goes to WooCommerce's GTIN field and to your plugin's
- SEO in your plugin: Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress or All in One SEO
- Custom meta fields
- Selective publishing by field group
Real-time webhooks, no loops.
Changes in your store come in right away. And whenever you want, you can run a sync manually.
product.created, product.updated, product.deleted, order.created, order.updated. You choose which ones from the portal.
If Noobit has just published a product, it ignores the webhook WooCommerce sends back for that same change. No loops.
If someone edits Noobit-written text in the store, the edit isn't lost and it doesn't overwrite your product record: you get an alert with both versions and choose which one stays.
From the connection, you register the webhooks in your WooCommerce store, and you remove them from the same place.
A few minutes and you're set.
- Create a REST key in WooCommerce (WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key, with Read/Write permissions).
- In Noobit, go to «Configuración» (Settings) → «Conexiones» (Connections) → «Conectar tienda» (Connect store) → WooCommerce.
- Paste the URL, the key and the secret. If you use a brands plugin, also add your WordPress username and an application password.
- Test the connection with one click and run the initial sync.
- Turn on the webhooks with one click from the connection.
Compatibility
- WooCommerce 6 or later
- WordPress 6 or later
- Native GTIN from WooCommerce 9.2 onward
- Native WooCommerce brands, or brands from plugins like Kadence, Perfect WooCommerce Brands or YITH, detected automatically (plugin brands need a WordPress application password)
- Several WooCommerce stores? They're managed from the same account, each with its own products, on request
What we take care to respect
- A variable product's parent can go without a SKU (WooCommerce allows it)
- EAN only on variations, not on the parent
- Each variation's photo is uploaded before the variation is created, so none is left without an image
- If you group simple products into a variable one, we warn you before publishing: the old simple products are removed from the store and their SKU moves to the variation
- Noobit's internal data isn't published
